Create highly focused reports by tagging your data. Tags can be included in your file when uploading your sales data or via a product catalogue. If you have multiple feedback campaigns set up on Feefo, you can also use tags to tell us which campaign you want the feedback request to be sent from; this is referred to as a trigger.

How do I use sales and product tags?

Each tag entry must be a Key:value pair and is case sensitive. The list below details some of our most popular sales and product tags. Each tag key can only be applied once per sale and must be entered exactly as shown (in lowercase without spaces). Please make sure you use the correct tag, as sales tags can only be applied to sales data, and product tags can only be applied to products when using product catalogues.

If you want to use multiple tags, use a comma to separate them.

For example:

saleschannel:phone,salesperson:Jane Williams

Every tag you use must include both a key and a value. The key is the tag itself, such as ‘hotel’, whereas the value (in this instance) helps define which hotel the customer booked. To ensure your tags work correctly, please use the format key:value. If a tag value contains a comma, square brackets [] must be added around the entire tag to ensure it’s read correctly by the system.

Using Sales Tags in the Feedback Form as Dynamic Variables

Sales tags can now be used within the Feedback Form itself as dynamic variables. If you use the following annotation {{tags.key}} within the feedback form, where 'key' is replaced with your own in-use Sales Tag key, you can merge the fields into the form.
