We send out personal feedback requests on behalf of businesses to make sure that the reviews we collect are from the actual experiences of real customers. If you have had an experience with a business that works with us, please allow at least two weeks to receive your feedback request. The amount of time it takes to receive a request differs depending on the type of business and the product or service that they offer.
