Admin Users

To reset passwords on behalf of users

1. Go to 'Settings'
2. Click 'Users' 
3. Click ‘Edit’ on the correct user, scroll down to the bottom of their profile 
4. Click ‘reset password’ button

Non-admin Users

If the user is not an admin, but just want to reset your own password, 

1. Click ‘edit’ next to your own name 
2. Scroll down to the ‘reset password’ button
3. Once you’ve clicked this, an email with instructions on how to change your password or this can be done when logging in and selecting “Forgot Password”
