Google seller ratings are an automated Google Ads extension which shows your website’s average star rating alongside your paid (PPC) ads within Google’s search results. They can also appear within Google Shopping ads.

If your business has a Google Ads campaign, Feefo can send your reviews directly to Google to help you to become eligible for seller ratings. As long as your Feefo account is set up correctly, every night we will send Google any reviews you’ve received in the past 24 hours. Every quarter, we send a complete update of every Feefo review you’ve received to Google too.

How can I become eligible for seller ratings?

Once you’ve passed Google’s criteria for seller ratings, your star rating will begin to appear alongside your paid ads within Google’s search results. You can find out more about Google’s criteria for seller ratings here.

Why aren’t my stars appearing?

It can take up to eight weeks for seller ratings to start appearing and whether they show or not is down to Google’s discretion.

If you have multiple websites or sub domains, seller ratings will only appear for the original domain. E.g. if you collect reviews for example.com, but also use the sub-domains a.example.com and b.example.com, seller ratings will only appear for the original domain, example.com.

To check which of your website reviews Google has already received, head to https://www.google.com/shopping/ratings/account/lookup?q={yourwebsite}. You will need to change {yourwebsite} to your website’s URL (for example, feefo.com).
