  1. Navigating to the Feefo Hub 
  2. Click on 'Marketing > Social Networks.'
  3. Click on 'Add Meta Connection'
  4. In the pop-up window, log in to Meta using your business account credentials. You must be a business user with a connected Facebook page and Instagram business account.

  5. Click "Continue as..." in the bottom-right corner of the window.

  6. Choose to "Opt in to all current and future businesses" and click "Continue."

  7. Choose to "Opt in to all current and future pages" and click "Continue."

  8. Choose to "Opt in to all current and future Instagram accounts" and click "Continue."

  9. Review the permissions and click "Save."
  10. Confirm the connection on the final page and click "Got it."

  11. Back on the Social Networks page, find the updated META PROFILES section displaying your account.
  12. Use the "Select page" dropdown menu to choose your business page 
  13. Click "Select."
