What is Smart Themes?
Smart Themes lets you improve your on-site customer journey by using our powerful sentiment analysis technology to group and highlight the review content that’s most relevant to your customers.
Compatible with both product and service reviews, and with two fully customisable widgets to choose from, Smart Themes lets you save your customers time, improve their shopping experience and reduce basket abandonment.

Setting up Smart Themes with your existing on-page integration
Smart Themes is an extension of your existing on-page integration and will be switched on by your Customer Success Manager.
Once enabled, the topics bar will automatically appear across all of your on-page integrations. Our sophisticated sentiment analysis technology makes sure unique topics are generated for each of your individual service and product review integrations.
To edit the appearance of Smart Themes on your on-page integrations, login to the Feefo Hub and head to ‘Marketing > On-page Reviews’ in the left-hand menu.
- Select whether you want to edit Smart Themes for your ‘service’ or ‘product’ reviews by clicking on the corresponding tab
- To choose whether or not Smart Themes is visible to customers check the ‘Show Topics’ box
- To choose whether the ‘at a glance’ feature is visible to customers check the ‘At a glance’ box
