As soon as you start using Feefo you’ll be given a unique Feefo Merchant Page. This is the home for all of your Feefo product and service reviews and the main landing page for customers when researching your brand. This will only be visible if your account is made public, and is a requirement if you would like us to enable Google Seller Ratings.

To find your Merchant Page, when you're logged into your Feefo Hub account, click on your name in the top right corner to open a dropdown menu, and from there select 'View Merchant Page'.

Visitors are able to filter all of your reviews by star rating or time period and sort them by ‘most recent’, ‘oldest’ or even ‘most helpful’.

Your Feefo Merchant Page will display:

  • All of your publicly collected Feefo product and service reviews (Positive, negative and indifferent)
  • Your average star rating for your product and service reviews
  • All of your own responses to previous customer reviews
  • Your company name and logo
  • A short company bio
  • A link to your company page and social channels
