We have improved the way that you download your feedback data from the Feefo Hub, making it more reliable and secure than ever before.
How to download feedback
- Login to the Feefo Hub and select the ‘Feedback’ tab from the left hand menu
- Select the date range, star rating and any other advanced filter options you’d like to use to sort your data
- Click the ‘download’ icon to generate an export of all your review data based on the date range and filters you have selected
- You will receive a secure email to the address associated with your Feefo account, containing a link to download your data file
Please note: The email may take several minutes to arrive and the file link is only valid for 24 hours. Don’t forget to check your ‘junk’ folder!
What data is included in your feedback download
There’s a fair bit of data included when you download your feedback. To help you make sense of it all, here’s what each data field means:
Customer Name | The name of the customer after being uploaded to Feefo |
Customer Email | The email address of the customer after being uploaded to Feefo |
Date | The date of the transaction |
Feedback Date | The date feedback was left by the customer |
Tags | Tags attributed to the feedback if applicable |
Service Insight Tags | Insight Tags attributed to the service feedback if applicable |
Product Insight Tags | Insight Tags attributed to the product feedback if applicable |
Description | The description of the product(s) if applicable |
Service Comment | Text left by the customer regarding the service experience |
Product Comment | Text left by the customer regarding the product experience |
Vendor Reply | Response from a Feefo Merchant account |
Parent Product Ref | A parent reference against the product |
Product Ref | A specific reference against the product |
Order Ref | Unique transaction ID against the feedback |
Merchant Identifier | Your unique account name |
Service Star Feedback | Rating left by the customer regarding the service |
Product Star Feedback | Rating left by the customer regarding a product |
*Service Feedback and Customer Feedback data fields will be removed upon future update.
**For Service only campaigns where multiple sales items have been provided, only the first product will be provided within the extract.
