Feefo Hub
- Account lockout
To improve security and avoid passwords being guessed by brute force attack, accounts will now be locked out after three incorrect password attempts.
In the Feefo Hub, the disabled account is indicated as follows:
- There are two ways to unlock the user account:
- The user themselves can by requesting a password reset email and resetting their password
- A merchant admin / Feefo support personnel can unlock the account by sending a password reset email

- Product stars widget
Feefo’s Product Stars Widget allows merchants to display their product’s star ratings on their search results/catalogue page.
Placing the integration code into a search results or category web page dynamically pulls through each product’s respective star rating. If a product SKU is not found it will search for the parent product SKU, if neither are found, the star rating will not be shown.
Hovering over the stars will trigger a pop-up interaction which shows a breakdown of star ratings.
